Cold Brew
Blends built for a long steep and the gear that makes it easy. Cold brew is the one method a hurried person can't ruin: coarse grind, cold water, twelve hours, done.
Two Stone Street bags roasted for it in Brooklyn (Cold Brew Reserve, a dark-roast Colombian Supremo; Cold Brew Breakfast Blend, a smooth medium), a Southern Gothic cold brew blend, and the 5-lb bags for cafés and carts. Every bag ships from the roaster with its roast date on it. Not sure which maker to steep in? Our cold brew maker guide ranks the pitchers and kits we would buy ourselves. First order here?
