Every decaf on our shelf, from five roasters who ship their own coffee: Dekáf (Salem, Massachusetts), Big Bad Decaf (Saint Paul), Frequent Coffee (San Diego), Iron Bean (Ohio) and Stone Street (Brooklyn). Each product page names the decaffeination method the roaster lists (Swiss Water, sugarcane EA, mucilage EA). We have not measured the caffeine in any of them, and we make no health claims for decaf.
