The Daily is our coffee: one honest medium roast you can drink every single day without thinking about it. The standard it has to meet before it carries our name: roasted the day it ships, roast date printed on the bag, nothing else to hide. No roaster has signed up to that yet, which is exactly why it isn't for sale yet. Dark and decaf follow. A rotating single-origin when we find one worth bragging about.
Right now every bag in this store is roasted by a roaster I'd buy from myself, after you order, with their name on it. I won't put The Daily on a bag until it beats them at their own game.
