Frequent Coffee's Sidekick took 92 points at Coffee Review in September 2026; their notes are creamy chocolate, brown sugar and cherry, and they call it "the huckleberry of coffee." Medium roast, sugarcane EA, from the Asprotimana cooperative in Huila. It also comes in a 5-lb bag, so a café can run a decaf people finish. The huckleberry of coffee.
This medium roast decaf is reliable, smooth, and always there when you need it. Notes of creamy chocolate, brown sugar, and cherry make it the perfect companion for quiet mornings, late-night musings, and every pause in between.
Grown between 1,300 and 1,800 meters in Colombia's Huila region by the smallholder farmers of the Asprotimana Cooperative, spread across the towns of Timaná, Suaza, Elías, Tarquí, and Pitalito. Washed at origin, then gently decaffeinated using the sugarcane EA process to keep the flavor intact.
Coffee Review's panel gave it a 9 for body and a 9 for flavor, and pointed to the chocolate, nut and caramel sweetness with enough citrus lift to keep the cup from sitting flat.Don’t forget your sidekick.
